About Tax Pooling Solutions
Tax Pooling Solutions Limited (TPS) is a specialist provider of
tax pooling and tax financing services.
TPS' objective is to provide a service:
- that is straightforward, efficient and easy to use;
- with operational integrity that customers can trust; and (above
all)
- is competitively priced and provides customers with tangible
cost savings.
TPS has been approved by the IRD as a tax intermediary.
TPS Management Team
Mark Dunwoodie
Prior to founding TPS, Mark was Head of Finance at ABN Amro
New Zealand. Mark has considerable finance and accounting
experience both in New Zealand and offshore. He started his
career with Staples Rodway in Auckland. Mark holds a Bachelor
of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
Hannah Crosby
Hannah returned to New Zealand in 2008 having spent four years
in London working for the "magic circle" law firm Slaughter and
May. Prior to that Hannah worked for Russell McVeagh in
Wellington. Hannah's key areas of specialisation are:
- Corporate lending and acquisition finance (both secured and
unsecured);
- Debt and equity capital markets; and
- Securitisation and other structured financings, including
derivatives.
Hannah holds degrees in law (with first class honours) and
finance from Otago University. Hannah is also admitted as a
barrister and solicitor of the High Court of England and Wales and
the High Court of New Zealand.
